Another South Korean suspect linked to the murder of a man found dead in a concrete-filled barrel near Pattaya has been apprehended in Phnom Penh. 

The 27-year-old was arrested following a tip-off. Authorities are still searching for the third and final suspect,  believed to have crossed from Thailand into Myanmar.

The government appears set to approve a raise in the minimum daily wage to 400 baht a day from the 1st of October, tyesterdays cabinet  meeting also approved collection of 7 percent ‘V.A.T’  on goods with a value of 1,500 baht or more ordered online from overseas platforms.
