The accusations range from the late 1980s to 2014 and include claims of drugging, non-consensual sexual encounters, and groping during live performances. Copperfield's legal team vehemently denies these allegations, describing them as "completely false and entirely implausible." They maintain that Copperfield has never engaged in inappropriate behavior, especially with underage individuals. The magician himself has denied any wrongdoing, emphasizing his commitment to treating both men and women with respect. The accusations against Copperfield have resurfaced amidst the #MeToo movement, prompting some women to come forward with their accounts. One woman, Brittney Lewis, previously went public in 2018 with allegations that Copperfield drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old. Several women allege that Copperfield promised to assist them with their careers in modeling or entertainment, using his influence to establish contact with them and their families. Just his association with Jeffrey Epstein is enough to make anyone attempt to accuse this if money can be made. But does his association with that sex molester mean he also did it? I do not think so. This man could have had any woman he wanted to at the peak of his career. And most likely did. IMO a load of gold diggers looking for a pay off for accusations of things that happened so long ago that he will likely be unable to prove he didn't. Isn't it funny ( not haha ) that such things were not happening ( the accusations that is ) in the past.
