I am thinking about changing to a ME Non-O visa based on marriage.

I want an excuse to get out of the country every few months for a bit of frolicking. 

 

does the embassy in SVK still require the 400,000 proof on the day you apply for your visa?

not a problem if they do, just want to know in advance.
