Mailing human ashes from BKK to Europe

Hi all, 

 

I need to post my British father's ashes from Bangkok to Italy. If anyone has had any experience doing this, I'd be grateful if you could tell me the process and who you used to courier it. I have his death certificate and cremation certificate too. 

 

I'm currently awaiting a response from the Italian Embassy in Thailand.

Be aware that Thai Post may not accept them, this is from their website, in the terms of service.
