Top buildings in Bangkok

Recommended Posts

Looking to buy a 40-55 sqm one bed with balcony in a better building in Lang Suan or higher Sukhumvit.

Needs to have good pool and good gym.

I have been retning in 28 Chidlom, good location but kind of poor gym and a bit too pricy for what dont feels like top quality.

What is your top pick buildings?

Grateful for input.

Millennium residence - unbeatable in terms of location and peace and tranquility......but the one beds don't have a balcony

higher Sukhumvit

I guess you think about lower Sukhumvit - low numbers of the Sois.

What is your budget?

You want a top building in an area where many people want to live. And you write about your current place it's "a bit too pricy".

As far as I see in that area (and maybe in general) you get what you pay for.

New buildings with good pool and gym are expensive.

I live in an old building in that area with a good pool and a bad gym. It's cheaper, but most units need major renovations.

If you want "top", then you have to be prepared to pay for that.

Hi OneMoreFarang,

I did think about high numbers, thong lor area and around
