   Why is he proud of himself for choosing a Black Woman as V.P ?

He only chose a black Woman so he would get the Black and Female vote .

   He choose her because it would benefit himself , so selfish of him  .

He is getting old and he must know that he could die at anytime , and he would ne leaving the Black Woman in charge of the USA if he dies whilst President

With so many talented black women to choose from, the only conclusion I can draw is that he chose the one that guaranteed he wouldn't be impeached when the classified documents, the influence peddling, and using tax money to bribe the Ukrainians to fire the prosecutor investigating his kid's gravy train came to light.
