A garbage collector initially found the twin's bodies at the back of his truck. The bodies, believed to be at about four to five months of gestation, were inside plastic bags among other trash. The Fang Oilfield in Chiang Mai will be upgraded to meet Euro5 standards, which will allow it to produce a type of diesel with less sulphur that's safe for car engines. The current refinery produces high-sulphur diesel and fuel oil at a rate of 600 barrels per day, a rate insufficient for securing private sector investments.
