tahaan Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Hi Just discovered a new farang style coffee shop/bar in Chumphae. It's situated just off the fire station road. Passing the fire station on your right carry on down the road until you see the large cycle shop on your left. Turn right there and it's about 50m down on the left hand side. It's run by Paul, a Brit and his Thai wife Gak (sp?) I've got no connection with the place just letting visitors to the area know where they can stop by for a friendly chat over a cup of tea or a beer in pleasant surroundings.
Joe Walshe Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Thanks for that Tahaan. I'll drop by on my next visit to Chumphae. we have small famr a few Kms from town. It would be nice to know of a place where Farangs could meet up. Joe
Lite Beer Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Had to go to Chumphae today and managed to find it. Popped in for a quick coffee. Very nice and friendly. I wish Paul and his wife lots of luck with this venture.

You mean you get Thai barbie dolls (living perhaps?) and boil them up before serving? Bit like kwitiaow poo sao or similar?
