Hi

Just discovered a new farang style coffee shop/bar in Chumphae. It's situated just off the fire station road. Passing the fire station on your right carry on down the road until you see the large cycle shop on your left. Turn right there and it's about 50m down on the left hand side. It's run by Paul, a Brit and his Thai wife Gak (sp?)

I've got no connection with the place just letting visitors to the area know where they can stop by for a friendly chat over a cup of tea or a beer in pleasant surroundings.

Thanks for that Tahaan. I'll drop by on my next visit to Chumphae. we have small famr a few Kms from town. It would be nice to know of a place where Farangs could meet up. Joe

What's thai barbi soup when its at home? sounds intriguing - not a dish I've come across before. You mean you get Thai barbie dolls (living perhaps?) and boil them up before serving? Bit like kwitiaow poo sao or similar?

You have probably tried it, commonly there are 2 types, Jim Joom and Moo Ka Taa, we serve both of them. Don't boil the thai barbi dolls but do have a few working here 555555

Sorry, but I can't use that format either. The easiest way for my GPS is decimal degrees, like N16.45678 E101.45678

Yes I live at the entrance to Huai Muang and spot on exactly 10km from the 201
