I recently noticed a couple of posts under my name that I did not actually post.

I have changed my password, will this stop any more false posts in the future?

Changing your password may not stop the hacker from doing it again, because they may have obtained your password perhaps through an old phone number or e-mail address on your account, you need to check that all your personal information is up to date and correct, IMO.
