Met American at the embassy in Phnom Penh, he got on the blacklist for overstay of 15 days. He was trying to ask P-P staff to check if he is still on the BL or not. They said we have no access to that, only Immigration at the border does. I suggested he better buy a bus ticket and try his luck on the land border, just turn around if it fails. -

Restore lost Yellow Book
If you have a copy of the old YB and a 'lost' police report, I don't think you'll encounter a problem. They can easily trace your registration provided you have your Thai ID number. I had the original YB which they kept (to be destroyed) anyway. Failing that you'd have to start from scratch again and the process is now even more complex than when I obtained my first YB and ID card. -

That is a very jaundiced and depressing outlook on life. Your logic holds that Pita Limjaroenrat is guilty of all the "crimes" his opponents claim. The presumption of innocence is a cornerstone of democracy and a society where basic human rights are respected. We all know the Thaksin clan has a history of being dirty. However, an allegation of something does not make a person guilty. Many people consider foreigners who visit or live in Thailand to be child molesters. Is it right that everyone be presumed guilty because of the crimes of a few?
