However, that's past and the present show families with only one child who can't afford to send money later for 2 old parents.

Are you dreaming  Thailand with a Pension fund !!!! Even western country's can not manage Pension funds without having to dip into it ?? can you imagine what would happen in such a corrupt country like Thailand all that would be left is paper IOU;s
