i'm on my way out the door to do a visa run, and i've just heard some information that is causing me some concern.

i have a non immigrant 0 multi entry and the first 90 days are about to expire......do i have to cross the border, or can i simply go to the immigration office to get another 90 days?

obviously i'd rather go to the local immigration office than all the way to the border.

You have to exit Thailand, enter another country and then return. You should also have 20k baht if asked.

I did my non O visa run with jack golf yesterday. Everything went smoothly, wasn't asked for 20k, but maybe that was because we were on an organised trip.

Did have signs up for non visa holders (30 day stamp) to show proof of onward journey.

99% of the time you won't be asked - only when you don't have it.
