Fear we can overcome by practice, or if your life depending on it. Some have stronger heritage fear than others, and most likely because of genes that is inherited from one generation to the next. It's in our nature, and why you see some cultures have less of hight fears than others. Young Cats (and other small animails) have a very flexible spine which allows them a greater angle of twist which facilitates a higher degree areodynamic postures. Had a lot of cats and dogs in my time and watching their antics was always amusing.
