So you are not a Thai tax paying expat yet, if at all, due to DTAs.

 

When you say welfare advantages, would that include roads, street lights, immigration offices, police ? You know, all those services that you currently get for free!

Those services are there with or without me, with every purchase I make I pay taxes, with every visit to the IO I help to keep them employed, I helped keep several builders employed, I bring in foreign currency all year round, I'm already an asset not a loss and when taxation starts (I expect to pay 30k) I want some of the advantages as a Thai who pays no tax.

Then apply for citizenship! What you want and what you are actually entitled to are two totally different things. Don't like it? Close the door on the way out.

Yes an asset " I overdrew my German account by 1,000 Euros ", spending someone else's money.
