For under 20s, they need their legal guardian to give consent to do it.

To use TrueMoney, you must be at least 20 years old. If you are under 20, you must obtain consent from your legal guardian.

To set up a TrueMoney account, you can:
  1. Download the TrueMoney app for iOS or Android
  2. Tap Register
  3. Enter your mobile number and wait for the OTP
  4. Enter the OTP
  5. Enter your email, set a password, and tap Next

He is Thai with a Thai ID card and Thai passport.

When trying to set it up, it says unable to proceed, try again later.

Has anyone given consent, or been around an U-20 year old when they set up True Money Wallet?

How were they given consent? Did the legal guardian need to go to a True shop and sign forms, or just have to scan their ID card at home when registering it? Or what is the process?

TIA.
