As a US veteran?  Amen to this move.  It's overdue!  A DEI military is a danger to the US' national security as are these "woke" generals who need to be removed with prejudice ASAP.

Trump to go after ‘woke generals’ with ‘warrior board’ executive order

Donald Trump is considering establishing a “warrior board” to review senior officers in the US military and weed out “woke generals”, according to reports.

A draft executive order under consideration by the president-elect’s transition team would set up a board of retired senior officials to audit top brass that do not meet standards of “leadership capability, strategic readiness, and commitment to military excellence”.

  I'm a retired military vet.

I don't care about someone's politics as long as they can do the job.

What would matter to me, is if the person in question attempted to incorporate their politics into the job.  That's a no go.

It aggravates me to no end when (a) people try to incorporate politics into the workplace and (b) when people discriminate against others in the workplace because they disagree with another person's political views.  (This opinion cuts across both sides of the equation, btw.)

The workplace - unless one is directly employed by a political entity - should be politically neutral.  (Pipe dream, yeah.)

Wokeism was rejected ! Bringing transgenders in the military and other social & private(workplace ) circles and being essentially mandated to use trans pronouns was rejected! Please don’t force pronoun lifestyles and such,it lost in a landslide!

“The era of Black Lives Matter, Latinx, critical race theory, pronouns and defunding the police is over”.

“It has poisoned liberals and Democrats for a generation. Young people are big-hearted and open-minded, but don’t want to be lectured about their pronouns or transgender rights”.
