Cowboy1
Hi All Question for the experienced users. I spent jan-sept 2024 in Thailand on an ed visa. I wish to return in December on a VOA; will this cause an issue with immigration? Many thanks in advance.
DrJack54
No problem. It's not VOA it's visa exempt entry . Be aware airline at departure may require an onward flight

From another thread.... "Ill be back in the UK shortly, and whilst there i would like to renew my British passport....." = Visa exempt entry
Toby1947
About time the airlines got uniform on this onward flight issue. Some require it others don't, and trying to get information on the issue is a nightmare as per usual no one answers the phone. And if by a miracle someone does talk to you, they haven't got a clue what you're talking about 😞

Sometimes the airline will allow you to sign a waiver
