Biden was a very weak president.  It's no surprise that bad actors in the Middle east and Russia took advantage of this fact.  Maybe my memory is incorrect, but I don't recall such wars starting when Trump was last president, and even seem to recall some kind of peace agreement in the middle east when he was last in office.   I'm expecting to see a new era of de-escalation and perhaps even peace over the next 4 years and hopefully beyond.   Not good for the war mongers and those who profit and take glee from wars, but good for everyone else, especially those who are sent to fight and die in these wars.

If you mean by 'peace agreements' the Abraham Accords, the only thing it has achieved is handing over 2 billion to Jared Kushner, plus many millions each year as 'management fee'. 

Of course it ignored the Palestinians completely. It was all about greed, and worked out well that way. It has absolutely nothing to do with peace in the Middle East.
