Any members of the Forum got any experience of this:

I will be returning to UK in a couple of weeks to see folks and get a new TR visa (multi-entry). As I have been looking through this forum it seems to suggest that for a Tourist Visa to be issured you require a 'fully paid' airline ticket, well I have purchased a return ticket here in Thailand and so I will effectively have a one-way ticket when I apply for my Visa in Birmingham UK, does anyone know if this will cause me problems?

Last December when I obtained my (now expired)TR in Birmingham I did not have a flight ticket as I was to collect it at Heathrow just prior to departure to Thailand,(I had no paperwork for this as I purchased the ticket over the phone using a credit card) I explained this to the man at the Consulate and he issued me with the TR without a problem.

Any Thoughts on this will be appreciated.
