But it doesn't define that medical incapacity (the President can always protest to congress that he's not that sick), but all the chatter is about how Vance would get votes to remove him. But it can always be invoked for a temporary change of power. So, Trump battered by the polls, and the idea people genuinely don't like him (he can put on a brave face and say the polls are lying, but he's not stupid), can declare that he is exhausted by Making America Great Again, and he needs some time off, say until the new year. Vance gets the blame for a terrible November showing. He can't be sacked, but he can fall on his sword, and use that as his excuse to get off this ride, and assume Pence-like Sphinx-ness. Little Rubio will be the president for the next 2 months, Trump comes back, fully recharged, maybe plays things up a bit, to garner sympathy. Engineers a new honeymoon period in the polls. Trump is like his old friend Bill Clinton; he enjoys being the come back kid. But maybe he has a new lady friend. Tongues are wagging about why the President has become a brunette. We all know he used to dye his hair blond, and he never hid it. In recent months, the presidential coiffure has noticeably whitened. Perhaps he is finally accepting age, but there are some claims he is starting to show signs of jaundice (liver damage), and it would be logical for a physician to advise him to lay off the hair dye as a result. But this weekend he was spotted sporting an unsettling brown Barnet. Sometimes older men dye their hair to impress a new girlfriend.
