Times are tough and I am going through some financial difficulties. All I have left in my bank account is 1,042,356.23 baht. Will this be enough until i get my government pension in 14 years?

These threads should be posted in the Pub forum.

Hilarious 😂

Maybe get yourself a job, beer bar manager on Soi 6.

Apparently there are rooms upstairs (beds with soiled sheets), somewhere for you to sleep.

But Thais can do it

My parents in law life for less, unless they have some extraordinary coming up.

No tax, no rent, 600,- baht a month water and electricity, gas 400. Food? But they have family, and can live a decent life because of them.

Rent a 18 meter fan room for about 2200-2500฿ a month, that leaves you, say ~3700 a month use minimum amount of electricity, ~500฿ a month. 3200฿ left to live on /30=~100฿ a day for rice, beans and evading immigration.

Thanks. I was doing some research and found some rooms for 1,800 baht a month which should give me more money to live on for daily expenses.

What I love about Thailand is that you can live on any budget.

Retire with? No. Make a business or living with, sure can, I use half of that to make 2K usd monthly since 7+ years. Just some years ago, you could have bought 10 bitcoin with it too.

A fool needs tons of money.
