Today at work I had to check some lamb meat about quality etc.

But most of my Thai staff don't like lamb :o , so I needed some more experts to check out the lamb......

I've roasted 2 nice pieces without any seasoning for the real lamb experts at home :D

That boxer has the funniest face I've ever seen! Lovely dogs.
