SIM Lock Code - 10 digits - for DTAC SIM card

Hi, I have an Alcatel Wi-Fi puck type router that I brought from another country.  I thought it would be nice to try to use it to have my own connection.  I took my DTAC SIM which I'm not using and put it in there.  I'm able to connect to the WiFi connection but there is no internet.  When I log in to the Alcatel router software, it says that the SIM is locked and it say it wants a 10 digit SIM lock code.  I tried the 10 digit phone number but that didn't work.  The PUK is 8 digits.

Anyone have any idea what this is?  Maybe the Alcatel puck is only configured to work in a foreign country where they have these 10 lock codes?

You need an Unlock Code for the Alcatel device. Either from the network that distributed it or a third party website/calculator.

What's the model number?
