Especially the board and the JP not even Thai.

January 3, 20251 yr the proper place for a complaint is to have it included on the agenda at the AGM and discussed at the meeting. The minutes of the meeting are forwarded to the land office for verification and action after the meeting. The land office have a maximum 90 days to approve the AGM. However any complaints deemed urgent or illegal are dealt with promptly.
