Krabi Provincial Tourist Police officers swooped to help an Egyptian and a Yemeni football player after they were deceived by a scam agent who lured them to Thailand and defrauded them of 45,000 baht.

Bangkok Traffic Innovations Cut City Congestion by 25% in Two Years

Mystery Body Washes Ashore at Bang Chalong Beach

A fisherman was shocked to discover an unidentified male body washed up on the shores of Bang Chalong Beach in Surat Thani. The body, which appeared to be that of a man aged under 40, was found by the fisherman who was in the area to collect shrimp.

Following the death of an 84-year-old man in Saraburi Province, his dog, a black Thai-pit bull mix has been tranquilised and relocated to an animal shelter in Khao Kwang District. The attack occurred on 8 January in the victim’s home in Din Sopong community, Thap Kwang Subdistrict, Kaeng Khoi District.

Electric Motorcycle Bursts into Flames in Udon Thani

Firefighters in Udon Thani responded to a call about an electric motorcycle that caught fire on January 9, on a road in front of the Saen Saran housing estate in Nong Bua subdistrict. The vehicle, a white and black Deco brand, was found engulfed in flames. Firefighters arrived promptly and extinguished the fire within ten minutes, but the motorcycle was completely destroyed.

Woman's Motorbike Stolen Before First Payment After 4 Years of Saving

Khon Kaen couple arrested for 1 million baht amulet theft

Police in Khon Kaen arrested a 45 year old man and his 48 year old wife on charges of theft and possession of stolen property. The couple is accused of stealing valuable amulets from a residence, which the woman had nabbed while working as a housekeeper.

Nong Khai man walks 500km barefoot after family dispute

A 62 year old man was reportedly forced out of his Nong Khai home by his wife and stepson, prompting him to walk barefoot over 500 kilometres to return to his hometown. A passerby found him and provided a lift, eventually taking him to a hospital.
