My first thought when I saw it a few days ago was that it was a very bad idea to be posting such 'grey' things on the internet.

Obviously the need for sharing trumped engaging common sense...

Judging by the comments from the Department of National Parks, he very likely isn't. The article just focused on the transportation violation as that was a slam dunk.

 

Once they identify who exactly owns the lion and why it was being transported in someone's car, other charges may follow.
