Thank Christ for that.  I thought for a second it was going to be the man he almost ran into who was getting charged.

 

I saw the video on Facebook.  The guy tries to weave through the pedestrians on the crossing with a red light above.

 

Not exactly surprising, but still pretty wild to see.
