Thai Workforce Faces Decline Amid Low Birth Rates, Experts Warn
Only way to have a chance in this country, assuming you kind of start without family support in any significant way, middle class style, you simply need to both graduate, get like a nice office job or whatever in BKK, and then together you can actually reach that 50-60K a month income level easily, pay off a nice 1BR condo unit in the city etc. But if you then add pictures to the equation or plans, it all shatters right away already, unless grandmother now moves into the 45SQM condo as well, or the baby is like shipped off as if you just were a surrogate parent. I'm not blaming the Thais for not having a lot of kids, I always wanted 2 myself but have to stick to 1 due to International school costs. At the end, I am the same generation as they are in my early 30s. -

Pee-ce treaty: Foreigners demand more loos after Phuket public urination uproar
I can remember my first visit to Phuket many, many years ago. Needing a toilet and not finding one, I asked in a shop if there were any public toilets nearby. Just go into the nearest hotel and use theirs, was the reply. Its what I do to this day whenever I visit the island, although that is not so often now. Never been challenged, so I assume it is still acceptable. -

Canada
Which would bring us to that 2nd part. It's only a 30 day reprieve, pending results. If they're still assisting the migrant caravans, we'll be right back at tariffs. They have 30 days to clean up their act. -

Scottish Ministers Weigh Controversial Cat Ban and Curfew to Protect Wildlife
If you've ever owned cats, and kept them inside, you know of the litter box smell, and when they do their business there, they then scratch to bury, and walk over and jump on tables and counters where food is made. This is why we let ours outside and stopped using a at box. My daughter has two living only inside and they use the box and jump up on everything, and she's a very clean person, so has to constantly clean up. One cat pees to mark his territory because the other is a female, and he's fixed so it shouldn't happen.
