thairookie Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago First of all, is it even necessary to do a 90-day reporting for DTV ? If yes, who should do it ? If the owner should do it, isn't the TM30 sufficient ?

farang51 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Yes a 90 day report is necessary. The landlord needs to do the TM30; however, the 90-day reporting is your duty. Depending on where you are, you can do it online. In that case, it takes less than five minutes. Some immigration offices wants you to come in person the first time, I had no problem reporting online in Phuket for my first report.

I take it to mean that landlord prepares the TM30 as usual, and it's the tenant who has to visit the Immigration for the 90-day reporting. Do you have the URL link for reporting online ?

Briggsy Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I did my 90 day notification with a DTV at Jomtien. Very straightforward. Documents required 1. Completed TM47 2. Copy of entry stamp 3. Copy of passport details page 4. Copy of TM30 DTV eVisa not required. But take everything, you never know! At Jomtien, you will be told to return in 30 mins / 1 hour / 2 hours depending on how busy they are after handing in documents. Plenty of eateries around there.

The 90-day report has nothing to do with being a lanlord or tenant, it is you as a person staying in Thailand.
