I do have USD & Euros. I will arrive bad time, no exchange open.

Maybe taxi will accept them. I know gals will...

So in worse case I do as I did in Portugal and Rio - spent 1st night at whorehouse and paid with "US dead presidents".

I won't dare put my cards in ATM in any place in Asia...

Every airport knows you are a "captured" client so they have no incentive to give you a good rate. Travel through Europe and see how much Travelex rips you off.
