Not really. There is only one thing that can bring down a modern, steel and concrete building at free fall speed into it's own footprint in 7 seconds.

The official investigation mentions a pancake theory. Any other theorie is speculation.

There is another tower in North Pattaya that was standing uncompleted from the 1997  "tum yang goong"  crash   it was eventually  taken over and completed and still stands to this day (touch wood 😋)
