Mosquitos

Hello team I am back from a well deserved posting holiday and apologies to anyone that knows my username and if I was rude 🙂 Asean Now and Singha beers do not mix well!
I do have a sort of serious question that I am sure some of you guys have been through, I have a house (or my wife does) In Sakhon Nakhon a little out of the way but all the mod cons etc.

Pretty much over the last week since prior I had woken up every day freezing, in the space of a week going from cold to hot before rainy season, I have went out and bought two good pannasonic air con units for the enclosed rooms in the house.

The issue is I think every Mosquito in Sakhon is attracted to the outside lights in our house.
Has anyone got any good solutions to this apart from (move :)) UV lights and fly killers are used in the UK a lot but how effective are they to a full scale invasion on a house?
