Russia Rejects Trump's Temporary Ukraine Ceasefire Offer
Sure. Minsk, Minsk-2, Istanbul. Those would have sufficed, if implemented. But Putin isn't going to accept a Minsk-3 with the agreement incapable western powers. -

Trump’s Bold Stand Against Campus Antisemitism Sends a Clear Message
"Activities" meaning protesting, meaning exercising freedom of speech. Unless "activities"are breaking US law. If a foreign isn't breaking a law, foreigners on green cards can protest anything and everything and still be protected just as are US citizens. So again. The First Amendment protects free speech for everyone physically present in the U.S., not just citizens and SCOTUS precedents supports this: Bridges v. Wixon (1945) established that resident aliens enjoy First Amendment rights, stating that "freedom of speech and of press is accorded aliens residing in this country." United States v. Verdugo-Urquidez (1990) clarified that constitutional protections, including the First Amendment, apply to non-citizens within U.S. borders, though the scope can differ based on context (e.g., immigration proceedings vs. criminal law). This case will lead to a legal battle and my guess is that it will end up in front of the Supreme Court. -

Luxury Car Driver Apologises After Slapping Incident With Teen Biker

Of course. But the issue is not what they call it, it’s the disproportionate tariffs. Trump’s position it that whatever the EU charges in tariffs on US wines, is what the US should charge on EU wines.
