Civil Union in A Muang

'Just wanted to acknowledge an exceptionally good experience in registering our same-sex civil union at the Amphur Muang Office earlier today.  We walked in at 8.30 (sans appointment), presented our very complete paperwork and despite the fact there was a single officer to man the desks, we walked out around 2 hours later all sorted.  From start to finish, everything was efficient and incredibly painless.  Still stunned - kudos to the brilliant staff!
