Viewing real estate sites overwhelmed number of buildings don't know area well

Budget 4-5 million bahts for a studio or one bed

Looking for quality. Nice pool, prefer sauna too .

Balcony view. City lites ok don't need ocean view

 

Lifestyle- Terminal 21 or Central Pattaya everyday. 

Gym with personal training classes.  Fine dining,

Get to know the different areas, don't buy before you do. New builds will be over priced and buying off plan is fraught with danger. I often discuss with my lawyer friend legal cases of foreigners not getting condos paid for
