What a farce was this,  by the EC,  the whole lot should be sacked and a new senate elected BY THE PEOPLE

But, but, but - having fair elections how will we get the right people into power - we can't have the trogs and unwashed controlling the senate. 

LOSING FACE - There was an article on Khaosod English this morning that in last half of 2024 the Bangkok Governor wanted ฿60M for an enquiry into highrise building practices, safety and conforming with regulations. He was defeated soundly in the parliament with one of the opposed making a speech that Bangkok was not prone to earthquakes.

Strangely the article dissappeared as quickly as it appeared.

Just smoke and mirrors I suspect. The EC isn't taking a position and letting  DSI do the dirty work. Dont be surprised if the courts rule that DSI doesn't have jurisdiction to pursue this and the EC doesn't have to act. Then everyone can claim victory on all sides including the suspect Senators, but no one is held accountable.
