Second SIM card on Gomo account

Featured Replies

As the title suggests. Are we able to get a second SIM card on our gomo account.

Problem here is you need to have an ID card to apply for a gomo SIM.

Just looking for a cheap solution for a SIM card for my Android head unit in my car so I'm not having a hotspot. Not interested in paying a couple hundred baht a month.

Thanks

Why don't you ask GoMo via Live Chat, since you already have an account with them?

I suspect that they will have a similar policy to AIS and the other networks. You can have up to five SIM with the same network.

At which pack were you looking?

On the live chat I have not been able to get an agent at all. It's just all AI responses.

Pretty sure the five SIM cards you're talking about is a government restriction. But I've done research and I can't find anything that says you can't. But neither have I found anything that says you can.

Yes, I know this is an older thread, but did you ever get a 2nd sim card on your GoMo account?

I can't see anything in the app, and my (TH) wife's chat was inconclusive.

Failing a 2nd simcard on one account, how about a 2nd (or even 3rd) account using the same Thai ID?

Maybe using different email addresses?

Has anyone managed this?

You might be overthinking on this one...

If for some unfathomable reason you cannot register more than one per ID(unlikely), you can go with TRUE instead:

Just to answer your question about ID, there is no impediment to registering more than one SIM card per ID. I think you can have up to five per network.

So, if I were you, I would order a SIM as you did before and register it as you did before. There's no real benefit to you in using the Lazada link unless you have already been refused delivery via the GoMo website; https://gomo.th/howto

The answer is to simply try it. Nothing bad will happen.
