Almost all the staff at the office were non white, hijab girl giving out passports could not understand a simple question, but then neither could the Indian woman at the Hotel reception. 4 hours service good, 207 quid, they don't even look at the old passport, just clip it and give back. Apply online upload photo, dead easy. Peterborough would by a nice place if not for a lot of the people!

Yeah, but at least Peterborough is only 1 hour by train from Kings Cross. Takes an awful lot longer than that to travel from somewhere a similar distance from Bangkok as Peterborough is from London to the VFS offices in Bangkok on the complete and utter shambolic joke that is the public transport system in LOS!
