I only know of the Old Log Inn.

How far is the old log in?

It ups to you.

Where is that?

I dont, but AI does:

Thailand offers various log cabin retreats, especially popular in areas like Chiang Mai, Khao Sok, and Pai. Some notable options include Ecotao Lodge, Star Cabin, and Sabai House Bungalow in Chiang Mai. Khao Sok boasts numerous riverside and jungle-themed cabins, such as The Bliss Khao Sok Boutique Lodge and Khao Sok Riverside Cottages. Pai offers unique experiences like Hidden River House and Keno lodge.

ธารทอง ลอดจ์ Tharnthong Lodge looks good

Wonderful place and wonderful family running it. Highly recommended - we've been there a half dozen times.

Are there any you know of?

Zillions of "cabins" available in rural Thailand. For very little money. For internet access one may have to pay for. Internet is essential unless you want to die of boredom.

Single Farangs are expected to marry a local beauty. If not, you remain a "foreighn object" renting a cheap "cabin".

Personal experiance between 2011 to 2016 in rural Thailand.
Think twice.

Try this out.  Chiang Dao.

That road is bananas to drive up if you had a motorbike but would suck on car cause it's so narrow. I saw some women bungalows you could rent.
