Does anyone know if there is a place I can buy a short sized bath tub, around 1300mm to 1400mm in length?

Not made from wood but trypical white thing. I've found some but its all outside if Thailand.

Try a builders supplier.  They sell bath shaped containers actually designed for mixing hard-core but make an excellent substitute for a bath
