Eye Lid Surgeon Chiang Mai

Looking for a surgeon to do eyelid surgery to open the eyes wider.   Somebody with a lot of experience and a strong record of success.

'Just had mine done by Dr Wimon who has been chief of surgery at CMU for the past 8 years.  Although she performs more complex plastic surgeries at Suandok/Sripat, she did my eyelids in her clinic in ChiangMaiLand, just south of the Night Bazaar.  Relatively painless procedure and after just over a week, the results have me wondering why I waited so long!  Here is Dr Wimon's website.  https://www.drwimonclinic.com/en/

What is the cause?  

Age-related sagging of skin (eyelids) that may obscure vision?

Purely cosmetic?

For me, it was both. 'Truly amazing how much brighter the world looks afterwards - had no idea!

I have under eye bags that could do with a little "lifting" and the name of a good surgeon is always useful to have!

What is the cost per eyelid surgery by Dr.Wimon.  

My upper lids are bad and block some of my viewing.

I would be interested in seeing this doctor to see what her opinion is

even though my Ophthalmologist back home recommended not to have

eyelid surgery done as she said success rates are fairly low and the few good

surgeons cost an arm and a leg.

from what you say this one sounds good.

I would be hesitant to quote a price...  Suffice it to say that my friend had it done elsewhere and his was double the amount I paid.  You will find that Dr Wimon's English is perfect and  her ability to outline alternatives and make recommendations based on sound experience is truly refreshing!  Try a consult and make your own decision - no appointment is required for her clinic.

Hello All, I'm 78, I had 1 eye done at the Gov. Hospital in Korat.

The guy does great work. Costs Bt. 8,000 for 1 eye.

Other eye was removed(diabetic 48yrs), fat transplant to rebuild

eyeball shape. New plastic eye custom made(molded, shaped, fitted

and colored to mach good eye), 4 visits to office- Bt.3,000. total!

Bt.3,000 to rent car to go to hospital 4 times total. Bye the way, the

new "glassy" is done in and by a dentist at the Gov. Hospital Korat,

very good work and care.
