Questions about immigration office central plaza

I haven't been to the immigration office in Central before. I understand that access is from the car park but I'm not sure which level. I'd like to get there early and queue up if that's a possibility.

Which Central Plaza ?

You know, the mall with Robinson, cinema etc. Anyways it was in the parking garage as BrandonJT explained. I got there just before 8.30. Not a soul was waiting. Very different experience from Chiang Mai. I was done in 10 minutes 🙂
