What is needed to do, to be able to sell surplus of my solar energy to PEA?

I have 30 panels 16kW, 2 Sofar inverters 20kW in parallell, 14 batteries 35kW.

I am running this off-grid in a private village.

I am hoping that I soon can connect to PEA direct so I can be able to sell energy when I have more than I need and bye when i need.

I should like to know how this is made, I hope you can get me the information or tell me where I can find it. I can think that this allready is discussed.

Can't be done, has to be installed by a pea approved installer using pea approved equipment. So you've already missed that boat.

This Guy has got it managed with his DIY System, so it is possible but takes a long time.

Was it installed by a PEA registered Company or self done? In case of DIY see below thread.

How do you know this is not installed by a pea approved installer using pea approved equipment?

Was your system installed by an approved installation company with approved equipment?

If so they should be able to generate the necessary paperwork. If not there's a previously linked thread on getting a DIY system approved for export, it's not easy nor cheap 😞

Of course, you need an existing PEA meter and account which may be a problem from your other post. I suggest that this should be your first goal. https://aseannow.com/topic/1364444-i-am-inside-a-village-but-want-to-connect-to-pea-can-anyone-help/

As with many things in Thailand, step-by-step works best.

It was installed by a PEA registered company and material was approved too!

OK, next ask your supplier how much they would charge to prepare the documentation for a PEA export agreement. They likely won't have done it as you are currently on a private network.

Any joy with PEA and your village authorities?
