The Best Reason No To Buy A Condo In Pattaya?

OMG...like Pattaya or not (I do), but with all the new shopping centers, the international life style and still a comparatively reasonable priced place, what should be wrong about? I do not like to stay in the middle of nowhere in the countryside.

In addition I do not like to stay in another country than Thailand.

I have my fun here, I like the shopping variety, I am fast enough in Bangkok....so what?

I think, too many people get too much fun out of bashing Pattaya. Up to them, they may move where ever they want, but be assured, there are enough new people coming here.
