Hello,

Have been out of the loop for a while so i felt it's best to ask the experts.

Have a EU passport and got 60 days stamped and extended 30 days at immigration for 1900 b.

Any issues flying to Vietnam for a couple of days and obtain 60 days stamp again?

Or should I apply for E-visa online? Is it possible to do that outside my home country?

Thanks,

History prior to the current 60 + 30 visa exempt stay?

eVisa for where? If you mean eVisa for Thailand eg a tourist visa then you can apply anywhere.

Hi,

Prior 10 days in Thailand. Went back home and came back two weeks later, and been here soon 3 months.

Sorry yes I meant tourist visa. Can apply online now. Before needed to visit Thai embassy.

All visas are now applied for online (e-Visa platform)

Yes you could apply for a tourist eVisa while in Vietnam.

Don't see the point. That gives a 60 day stamp same as visa exempt entry.

With your recent history another visa exempt entry should not be an issue.

Be aware that the airline at departure to Thailand may/will want to see onward flight within 60 days.

Not my business but never understand why folk want to keep stay in eg Vietnam to 2 days.

You should be fine.

Many reports of people being interrogated after they stayed in Thailand for 60 days, got a 30 day extension, and then left for a short time and returned.  I haven't seen any reports of anyone actually denied entry after only a single bounce though.  But don't be surprised if you get pulled out of line and grilled.  Might want to make sure you can meet the 3 proofs just to be ironclad:

  1. Proof of funds (20,000 baht or equivalent in another major currency IN CASH)
  2. Proof of onward travel (a ticket out of Thailand within the 60 days that you'll be stamped in for)
  3. Proof of lodging (a hotel reservation for at least the first few days)

Thank you.
Will for sure have the cash now that you advised it.
