If the current president was a leftist, then you all would be for this move, no doubt 100%. So quit your pretending and stop whining like a bunch of spoiled diaper rashed losers. Typical MAGA answer. You have no reasonable answer so you simply insult posters who disagree with you Try staying on topic for a change. You may even learn something.

I think if you let go of the idea of classifying the world into people who think like you and the bad leftists you would find that, pretty much, people agree on most things about the role of government and it's possible to both respect people and disagree with them.

August 8, 2025Aug 8 India has been taking the mickey out of the West for too long. Trump is absolutely right. I'd have preferred a higher tariff but 50% is a good start.

What mickey out of the West are you referring. India had been colonalized by the western powers since 1498 when the Portuguese established colonies and for 200 years, Britain rules India. Can you tell me how the 50% tariff was decided or just Trump's fancy. Have you been drinking early again?

India accepting aid from the UK despite having a larger economy and enough money to run a space program. As for your pathetic, simpish Liberal white guilt, you can shove it where the sun don't shine, it's not 2022. If you want to buy corrupt Indian politicians a new supercar collection, be my guest.
August 8, 2025Aug 8 The beloved "Trump is Putin's puppet" mantra getting thrust sideways up some very painful places. As always, pushing false narratives ends in tears. Are the forum lefties cheering on Trump for holding Putin's feet over the fire to benefit their precious Ukraine? Something their decrepit Biden could not do. Are they heck🤣
August 8, 2025Aug 8 Up until now, I’ve consistently described Trump’s tariff war as insane, but this does seem to be a genuine attempt to increase the effect of sanctions on Russia. If other countries were to follow Trump’s lead, maybe India would be forced to stop financing the invasion of Ukraine by importing Russian oil. Maybe Trump’s finally beginning to understand the unmitigated evil of Putin? I’m preparing to be disappointed though.

He does not seem to realise that he is NOT the ruler of the world, merely a laughing stock. Whilst I don't agree with what India is doing, it is THEIR right to trade with whoever they want.
