Sales Executive - Smart Home Systems

We are a high tech smart home company, who work in the lighting, audio and video industry, installing the very latest in smart home and digital entertainment systems. We are now looking for a Thai Sales Executive to help expand the business and broaden our clientele, The role briefly will entail;

Direct Sales to End Users

Sales to Real Estate Development, Architect and Interior Design Companies

The candidate must speak good English, but perhaps the most important trait is to be self-driven, working on Sales from start to finish, taking part in the design and holding responsibility for the clients satisfaction. Typical sales will involve selling into real estate developments in either a single user, or estate wide install (as standard or option).

Our expectation is that applicants will have worked in a similar role, either in Sales or Design within the industry, Particularly we are looking for someone with experience of one or more of the following; Smart Home Lighting/Automation, Distributed Audio and High Definition Home Cinema or Distributed Video (Digital - Think MS Media Centre).

We have an excellent reputation, and are a transparent and honest company - all employees will be expected to abide by our strong company ethics.

In terms of Salary, we will be offering a base salary and uncapped commission, with an upwards sliding scale (the more sales you make the higher % commission will be paid). After 12 months successful employment a new company car will be offered, graded on sales in the previous year.

NB: The location is NOT in Bangkok but another province, further details will be supplied to qualified candidates.
