2 options for people like you. -Don't shop at these stores that do checks -Don't shop at all..buy online. Then you wouldn't get into a 'tizzy fit' over such a trivial matter. Some people's children! -

OK @CallumWK - do you have tier membership ? (what level ?)... I'm a gold - and wanted to choose a Comfort+ seat - (which is like economy plus on 4 tier carrier - but QR are a 3 tier carrier but often borrow planes and switch the livery, but keep the original interior, hence the 4 tier interior (Eco, Eco+, Business, First)... I couldn't for some reason... the website had my Tier membership (but still wanted to charge me for the Comfort+ seating) - I called the airline, issue resolved, free seat choice due to tier membership but for some reason that doesn't register online sometimes.... -

Trump chickens out again.
See the mainstream media are not an evil cabal of liars. CNN debate was fair too. It's hard for her or any politician to acknowledge failures such as Biden's poor record on immigration for the first 3 years. She gave the only answer she could in my opinion - note that Trump had a deal rejected after 3 years - things are better now - and look to the future. Call it a non answer but how to answer better as the media would make such a big deal out of an admission of failure and it may be seen as throwing Biden under the bus. But there are plenty of successes - the economy in 2024 is about as get as it gets with inflation a tad high but overall the economy better than most if not all developed economies. That's a big deal. How you can consider Trump anything but the lightest of lightweights is beyond me in terms of his grasp of policy. At least she'll be likely to work as part of a team of experts and not - like Trump - think she knows everything about everything. -

Why are you are you arguing with me? I have no idea why two 14 year olds were on the streets at 5am, maybe they were heading to the market to help their families? But I do know is that it takes a special kind of dumb to post "taxis are plentiful" on a topic where the OP states the kids ran out of fuel and had to summon help. By the way - there are zero taxis or tuk-tuks in my village, not a single one. Nada, zilch. -

In my post I said it is a business class flight to Europe, so it goes over Doha Apologies - I didn't catch the Europe part.... Did they also charge for seating on the BKK - Doha leg ??... or was it an only Doha - 'Europe' leg ? For the same reasons, I'm wondering 'IF' Qatar Airways charge for seat selection on Business Class on Doha-Europe routes (as a regional policy)... because it does not on the Doha - Bangkok flights (Business class). I want to avoid an argument where there is an explanation for the differences in experience - i.e. different policies depending on region in which the flight operates etc.
