Keep the gates open and allow them all in? It will come to a point when there are so many people on the small island that public services and order etc will not be able to keep up. Actually not far off that now. It is a bugger's muddle. The place is being invaded. Elizabeth I would have dealt with the issue appropriately if innumerable unfriendly boats approached English shores.
September 20, 2025Sep 20 🤣🤣Imagine someone have to tell the British government to use the military when their beaches are invaded by all kinds of scum from all over the world??? And me who thought that this was the meaning of having a military! LMAO! I must be very dumb....😆.

Wouldn't the "Military" have to stand guard along its 12,429 km (7,723 miles) coastline? But maybe Trump meant the use of navy that would attack and kill anyone on the high seas that might be headed towards the UK for suspected nefarious reasons?

Ah, the “we’re only a small island “ fallback of the right. Fun fact: only 4% of land in UK is given over to housing. If brownfield sites and business parks are included the figure is still in a single % digit. As for your (correctly) inferred lack of public services point; here’s the thing, if the “invaders” were processed swiftly they could be set to work filling potholes in roads or wiping the bottoms of old people in care homes. You know, the jobs that the “Spoons” gammon don’t wanna do.

September 29, 2025Sep 29 Sorry, cant be done. Rugby season is about to start, which rules out the Infantry and Royal Artillery, Likewise the hunting season so that takes care of the Cavalry, as far as the logisticians are concerned the storerooms behind the "Great Counter of No" are virtually empty, and the Royal Engineers are far too busy trying to sort out the drains. It would involve working weekends and in the rain, so the Royal Air Force is ruled out. All the Royal Navy's ships seem to be broken, and anyway they don't have enough Matelots to crew them!
