"Protecting Chicago" Executive Order . Somebody want to tell Johnson ,Fed law enforcement can't be impeded ,obstructed or deterred. 

In protecting Chicago  from ICE while the Feds & other agencies  perform their Federal Law Enforcing authority will be a slam dunk in favor of DHS if they ever get brought to a higher court..

I remember the Texas Governor putting up razor wire structures across the Rio Grande to "Protect Texas", deter & defend against Bidens call to Surge the border ,as tens of thousands crossed illegally between entry points. Biden stopped Texas per SCOTUS.
